Krystal Marie Balm

 Krystal Marie (born November 24, 1982) is an American political commentator from the United States. Her past roles included being a presidential candidate and an anchor on TV at MSNBC. She's a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, and a former co-host on The Hill's Rising with Saagar Ejeti. Enjeti and Ball made the decision to cancel the show in the month of May 2021. This was to allow for them to release Breaking Points (Krystal and Saagar). Ball is co-host of the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has appeared as a guest on programs such as Real Time with Bill Maher, Fox News (CNBC), Fox News (Fox News) as well as CNN (CNBC). As of 2020, Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani. Ball is adamant about her fascination with politics to her experience as a newly-wed mother during the primaries of 2008. She also followed the US presidential election from Jordan when she was working there. She was able to observe how the election affected the citizens of Jordan and gained a greater appreciation of the global influence of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow with the New Leaders Council. Ball was chosen by the Democratic Party to represent Virginia's 1stCongressional District in the 2010 election. She lost to Rob Wittman. From June 2012 to July 2015, she was co-host of The Cycle on MSNBC. She established the People's House Project (a political action committee dedicated to Democratic causes) in May of 2017.
